  2. My fetish is for tiny short pencils, about one inch long, have to keep them in a dish. Is there a branch of psychiatry which deals with this?

  3. You'd have a right old whirl of a time at IKEA, big troughs of inch-long pencils, always sharpened.

  4. How surprising!
    What is their excuse?
And are they nice soft ones?

  5. I also have a passion/obsession with pencils - not the mechanical type. Can't have enought around, and also can never find one when I need it.

  6. The key is just to overbuy isn't it.

I mean, let's face it, this is not a massively expensive passion/obsession. It's not cocaine is it. INDULGE, is what I say.

  7. The worry is that we move on to charcoal; soft is degrading and then there's the hard stuff.

  8. I like to buy the same thing over and over again.

I bought tons of these expensive green HB pencils before I left for Japan. As if HB doesnt exsist here.

And then there are the pens...
