I hear Joseph was a little annoyed at the whole "virgin birth" story. Even as a child that baffled me...that and why there was a big to do about the birth and then NOTHING for 30 years or so. I remember my own child asking me "what if Mary lied so she wouldn't get into trouble..." maybe we should listen to children more than we do.
